Regional Energy Provider Entergy came to Solomon Group with a unique challenge: to create an interactive seminar that would identify the need for better customer service and explain future initiatives that the company would undergo to better serve their clients. Solomon Group, along with the Executive Leadership Coaching company Innolect, created an experience for managers throughout the South, merging live actors, interactive response systems, video and moving scenic for an exceptional awakening experience. After the program, this meeting was then rolled out for the entire Entergy management team nationwide, and then finally to each of their 14,000 employees nationwide. A success for Entergy and their clients, this meeting redefined how corporate initiatives should be rolled out to fully engage and inspire employees.
