Beyond the Bottle: How Solomon Group Helped Coca-Cola Redefine the Brand Home

THE PROJECT

The biggest companies understand the unparalleled power of human connection as a strategic advantage to their brand. That’s why Coca-Cola partnered with us in 2025: to bring “Coca-Cola Stories” to life. Their goal was to move beyond presenting a static museum experience and instead find a powerful way to highlight their 138-year history and impact. We merged cinematic media, projection mapping, spatial design, and hands-on interactivity to tell their story through a real-life entertainment journey.

THE EXPERIENCE

The World of Coca-Cola made science and history exciting, immersive, resonant, and fun. Our collaboration offered the guests a chance to become active participants in the journey of exploration, creation, and inspiration.

Visitors pass through an archives queue and explore the company’s history through floor-to-ceiling displays of rare, interactive artifacts. Once in the main space, guests experience Jacob’s Pharmacy soda fountain, which poured the first Cola in 1886, classic 70s and 80s commercials, food pairing displays, and so much more. Guests not only reflect on their own memories with Coke, but also connect with how others, across time and place, have experienced it.

OUR ROLE

We were fortunate to oversee the production of the exciting experience, leading the technical and logistical execution, turning ambitious concepts into reality by managing lighting, sound, audio-visual (AV) equipment, staging, show flow, and more.

This was not our first collaboration with the iconic brand. For the World of Coca-Cola Scent Discovery and Beverage Lab experiences, we partnered with the company not just as a builder, but as a strategic partner, refining Coca-Cola’s goals, designing and delivering an ambitious, immersive project.

A NEW KIND OF MARKETING

The attraction was a smash hit, redefining what a brand home can be by steering away from traditional marketing and storytelling avenues and instead capitalizing on the invaluable elements of real-life activations. It served as a connector between customers and the brand’s values, providing an experience that wasn’t just seen and observed but felt, heard, and fully experienced. It didn’t just inform the participants about the history of the world’s most famous beverage company; it inspired them, inviting them to take it in with all five senses, tap into their own memories, and share.

At a time when content is plentiful and true authenticity and connection are more and more scarce, Coca-Cola’s efforts serve as a reminder that experiences rooted in real-life connection and interaction offer an advantage digital marketing never could.
