Voodoo Music + Arts Experience

When C3 Presents sought to reinvigorate New Orleans’ iconic Voodoo Fest, they partnered with Solomon Group to help elevate both the creative and production experience. While the beloved festival was affected by COVID-19, we are proud to have played a strategic role in shaping the festival’s visual identity and guest journey, ensuring that this cultural tradition lives on in fans’ memories and camera roll.

At the heart of our work was the Le Plur Stage, home to EDM performances that draw thousands of fans. Our creative and logistics experts expanded the stage’s impact by designing immersive lighting, video, and LED systems that amplified both the artists’ performances and the audience’s energy.

Beyond the stage, Solomon Group transformed the festival grounds into an unforgettable canvas for fandom and community. We fabricated the striking faux wrought-iron entrance structure, complete with scenic lighting, monumental “Voodoo” letters, and festival insignias, creating a powerful first impression for guests. Iconic 15-foot-tall Voodoo “candles,” fabricated and installed by our team, became signature photo moments that continue to symbolize the spirit of the festival.

By combining experiential marketing with technical innovation and creative design, Solomon Group helped Voodoo Fest strengthen its cultural resonance as one of New Orleans’ most defining live events of its time.
